There is great suffering taking place every day very close to us. The objective of the 1269 Café is to remove suffering in our neighborhood by showing God’s love in action and by loving people as they are and leading them to a better way to live. Details: This ministry, administered by The Board of Deacons, has been serving the Antrim Bennington communities for over 25 years. Open on Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to noon, this community supported pantry offers staple foods to any one who finds themselves in an emergency situation. It is available to residents of Antrim and Bennington. Donations of non-perishable food, fresh vegetables and monetary contributions are always welcome.

Details: Through the cooperation of the efforts of the Advent Christian Church Community Lighthouse, Saint Peter Church, and the First Congregational Church, the Interfaith Food Pantry has been able to supply the needs of many in our community. The Food Pantry was established in 1991 by Father Adrien, Pastor Fogell, and Reverend Johnson. In 2015 the Interfaith Food Pantry has served the towns of Farmington and Middleton for 24 years. The Interfaity Food Pantry distributes food to those in need in our community the last Saturday of each month, 9:30-10:30 a.m. except August.
