The Antwerp Food Pantry is located in the Antwerp Town Hall and is open every Monday from 5-7 pm. We operate under the guidance of the Food Bank of Central NY. The Antwerp Food Pantry is nondenominational, and run totally by volunteers. The Food Pantry Director is Ed Montgomery. The Food Pantry is operated by a board of directors comprised of citizens of the Town of Antwerp.

Details: Our Food Pantry is a member program of the Food Bank of Central New York and is open twice a month - the 3rd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Of course emergency cases come up occasionally and we do open up for that at anytime. The only requirement needed to participate and receive food is proof of identity of each person in the household. Most all of the participants receive food stamps, but that alone does not cover the whole month, so they need a supplement. Details: The Baldwinsville Community Food began in 1978 and presently operates five days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. During the month of August 2014 it fulfilled requests for 163 families or 502 individuals. Once a month individuals and families from within the area of the Baldwinsville Central School District are eligible to receive food for three meals a day for three days. This calculates out to approximately 4,518 individual meals that month. The Pantry outreach relies solely on gracious volunteers to staff the pantry, replenish selves and donate funds and food for distribution. A Community Dinner is offered free of charge to anyone from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month
