Details: Our church hosts a food pantry that is an extension of the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. Every third Thursday of the month, we serve 20-30 families with a giveaway of food from the Food Bank, supplemented with donations from the congregation and community. We are also a distribution site for the Mobile Food Pantry Truck from the Food Bank. Volunteers are always welcome to help with food distribution, or to offer hospitality by serving coffee and snacks. Donations of food, cleaning products, personal hygiene products, or money are also much needed. |
