Details: The Soup Kitchen is a shared ministry of local churches and organizations and operates out of the Parish House at Saints Peter & John on Genesee Street. This is staffed by a rotation of churches and community volunteers who work together to prepare and serve delicious soups, and full hot meal for over 100 guests each Saturday from 12 to 1:00 PM. Food is purchased from the Central New York Food Bank or donated by local restaurants and grocers as well as members of the community. Meals are free and are available to anyone in the community who would like to enjoy a good meal in a friendly environment. Stop into the Parish House at Saints Peter & John this Saturday for a hot meal and lots of company. Donations to the Soup Kitchen may be sent to the Episcopal Church of Saints Peter & John - attention Soup Kitchen.

Details: The Calvary Food Pantry, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, just celebrated its 31st year. The mission of Calvary Food Pantry is to meet emergency needs of residents of our designated geographical area of Auburn and to advocate for the alleviation of hunger in Cayuga County. We provide sufficient food to feed each family member 3 nutritionally balanced meals per day for 5 days. Hours: Monday & Wednesday, 10am – 6pm; Friday, 10 am -2:00 pm (appointments appreciated)
