- Description: The LCC Food Pantry serves the community of Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Elk Grove, Mount Prospect, and Rolling Meadows. We have been serving those in need since 1975, are an agency of the Greater Chicago Food Depository (#A01198), and are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. The Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. Family’s are welcome to visit every other week with only a few minor requirements: Identification (drivers license, utility bill); Proof of residence in one of the served communities; Address, phone, and number in family. The LCC Food Pantry receives no government assistance, minimizing the paperwork and information required for participation.
