  • Description: The Salvation Army Belvidere and Community Center serves the community in Belvidere, IL by providing food supplies for families and individuals in need. We do this the first Wednesday of the month and we provide as many supplies as we can to the people in need we serve. The food Pantry has the following schedule: 9:00am to 12:30pm. We serve on a basis of first come first serve. However, all our clients receive the same kind and amount of goods every Wednesday. Individuals and families can bring an ID, proof of address, paycheck tab and documents to prove family dependents on the first visit. We also ask that our clients visit once every 30 days to give room to other people to benefit from this service.
