- Description: The Harwinton Food Pantry was created based off the needs of our community. It is run by volunteers who maintain complete confidentiality of those who utilize the services. Services are offered to Harwinton residents only. Two standard bags allowed per household. No boxes please. Food is distributed every other Tuesday between the hours of 10:30 am – 11:45 pm. The Food Pantry is located in the rear entrance of the Harwinton Town Hall.
