- Description: The food pantry provides food to people of the town of Guilderland who are in need. Families who are eligible will receive food every 5 weeks. We provide 3 holiday meals, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter for families on file. We are a member of the Capital District Food Pantries. Families are eligible if they receive food stamps (SNAP). We are avaialable to supplement your food supply when your food stamps run out. Clients must also show proof of Guilderland residency. Acceptable proofs are copies of their utility bills or tax bills. A driver's license is also acceptable. Clients are also asked to call this number to arrange to pick up food.
