- Description: The Grace Care Center is open to extend healing to our local community and the Grace congregation through the combined efforts of three, targeted ministries: Choice Food Pantry: Available to everyone in our community, the Choice Food pantry offers immediate relief by providing food and toiletries to families on a weekly basis. Referral Services and Vehicle Services: One-on-one support that addresses a variety of specific needs. These services are available by appointment to the families who are in the Grace Care Center Co-Op. Mondays 6:00–8:00 p.m., Tuesdays 6:00–8:00 p.m., Wednesdays 10:00 a.m.–Noon
