  • Description: El Caldito is a community based volunteer organization, with 3 part-time employees (a kitchen manager, a security guard, and a custodian). Dedicated volunteers perform all the tasks necessary in a kitchen to process and store food, prepare and serve meals, and clean up afterwards. We are open 8AM to 1PM preparing and serving a midday meal.
