- Description: The food pantry provides emergency food allocations to households at or below the 185% Poverty Guideline (as determined by the Department of Human Services) a maximum of once per month with one exception each fiscal year (July to June) when a household may visit the pantry twice in one month. Individuals visiting the pantry must sign the USDA commodity signature sheet and provide valid ID as well as proof of address (usually a piece of mail) EACH TIME they visit the pantry. If a member of the household is unable to pick up emergency allocations a proxy form may be acquired at the CSC, which the individual may fill out and send with their approved proxy recipient to the pantry. Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
