Food Bank at Madeira Baptist Church Middleburg, FL 32068 904.291.1880	Details: Madeira Baptist Church is a member agency of the Nourishment Network of North Florida. It is our privilege to be able to meet the needs of those in Clay County through this affiliation. The food bank at Madeira operates Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. by appointment.
Clay County Soup Kitchens, Inc. - Middleburg Middleburg, FL 32068	Details: The current soup kitchen locations are in Orange Park, Middleburg, Keystone Heights and Green Cove Springs. All are housed in Council on Aging Buildings and are held each Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Anyone who is hungry is invited to partake and take out is also available. All of the meals are free of charge.
Black Creek Methodist Church - FOOD BRIDGE Middleburg, FL 32068 904.282.5589	Details: We are located at 3925 Main Street, Middleburg, FL 32068, in the Budington Building. The Food Bridge is open every Thursday morning from 7:30 am - 10:30 am. We are a drive through distribution and you need to be registered and approved before you come. You can register online. Go to blackcreekmethodist.org and click on the Food Bridge App on the left hand side. Complete the application and you will receive a text letting you know if you have been approved. Please be aware that you have to enter an ID for everyone in your family even if they are children. A school ID or birth certificate will be accepted. If approved you can come every other week and your application is good for one year.
