Details: Anyone who expresses a need to receive food is qualified to receive food. To fulfill our certification with the Siouxland Food Bank, we are required to ask if your income is above or below the poverty line for the number of people in your household. First time participants will be asked to fill out a form with name and address and provide proof of residence (piece of mail or ID with current address) for each adult in the home and a Social Security Card or Insurance Card for each child under 18 in the home and visit with one of our member care representatives.
