Description:: The Auburn Interfaith Food Closet, Inc. was incorporated in November 1998. Currently, there are 18 sponsoring churches who collaborate to operate the Auburn Interfaith Food Closet. The Food Closet is a demonstration of the belief that we have a moral and spiritual obligation to aid residents of our community who are hungry and in need. The types food we provide follows the USDA food groups guideline. A total of nine meals are provided per person per month. A family may visit the Food Closet only once every 30 days.
