Description:: The Southern New Hampshire HIV/AIDS Task Force is a non-profit AIDS Service Organization that provides affordable housing, case management, and supportive services including access to medical care and medications to individuals and families who are living with HIV/AIDS. The Southern New Hampshire HIV/AIDS Task Force offers HIV testing and counseling to those at risk of HIV infection. As a member of the Partnership for Successful Living, the Southern New Hampshire HIV/AIDS Task Force offers a unique, holistic approach to care and prevention resulting in better outcomes for our clients and the community.
