Neighborhood has two food markets: the Wellstone Food Market in the Paul & Sheila Wellstone Center on St. Paul’s West Side, and the second in Sibley Manor in Highland Park. Both locations provide food to those seeking assistance, and connect participants to critical community resources that help them move “from survive to thrive.†To use the Francis Basket Food Market in the Highland Park neighborhood, you must meet one of the three requirements listed below: You live in zip code 55116; If you are a new immigrant or refugee, you have lived in the USA less than 5 years; You are a current participant in a Neighborhood House program, such as an adult education class.
