- Description: The Fishes and Loaves Community Food Pantry is ran by St. James' Episcopal Church with the assistance of First Presbyterian Church. We are a participant in God's Pantry. We serve the community of Prestonsburg. You are eligible to receive commodities if you are: 1) SNAP Benefit-elligible or fit our income guidelines, 2) Have a Prestonsburg address, and 3) Have an ID. We also have a thrift store that is open when the Food Pantry is open. Proceeds benefit the food pantry.
