- Description: The Southern Marin Food Pantry serves residents of Southern Marin working to overcome the devastating effects of unemployment, economic hardships, sickness and disability. Southern Marin area is: Sausalito & Fort Cronkite (94965), Marin City (94965), Mill Valley & Strawberry (94941), and Tiburon & Belvedere (94920). This diverse community includes: Retired citizens living on fixed incomes, Working poor, Single-parent families, Parents raising grandchildren. The Pantry, located adjacent to the St. Andrew Fellowship Hall serves hundreds of people every month. It is now open Monday from 12 noon to 1:30 PM (excluding holidays). Sign ups start at 10 AM. Recently, more than 250 families registered to receive holiday food boxes and nearly 150 children were signed up to receive toys at Christmas.
