  • Description: Southern Aroostook Pantry is an independently owned and operated, completely volunteer organization. We provide 'food distribution' support to community members in 36 surrounding towns. (Amity, Benedicta, Bridgewater, Caribou, Cary, Crystal, Danforth, Dyer Brook, East Millinocket, Fort Fairfield, Fort Kent, Hammond, Hodgdon, Houlton, Island Falls, Limestone, Linneus, Littleton, Ludlow, Mars Hill, Mattawamkeag, Medway, Merrill, Millinocket, Monticello, Mount Chase, Moro, New Limerick, Oakfield, Orient, Patten, Presque Isle, Sherman, Smyrna, Stacyville, Wytopitlock). Currently there are more than 1000 families and more than 2,500 individuals that receive food from the Southern Aroostook Pantry. Southern Aroostook Pantry is not affiliated with and is not supported by ... Catholic Charities, Good Shepherd Food Bank, Friends Of Aroostook, ... nor any other Federal or religious organizations. All donations are welcome to help us with our operating costs.
