South Plains Food Bank, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) private, not-for-profit corporation. It is governed by a Board of Directors, which works with a CEO, staff, and community volunteers to insure the fulfillment of the mission. The Food Bank is a member of Feeding America, the National Network of Food Banks.
