- Description: Ruth Meiers provides a food pantry to individuals and families in need. Community members and those living in the Boulevard Avenue apartments, Porter Avenue apartments and Horizons are eligible to receive food bags. Individuals must bring a photo ID and fill out a brief application to receive assistance. They may use the food pantry once a month. Food bags are available for pick up at our 305 N 23rd Street location in Bismarck from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.
