To get food assistance you must be a resident of Richland County North Dakota or Wilkin County Minnesota. Applicant must bring a photo ID showing residency, if you are not a resident you must have a referral. Food Pantry Hours: Monday - 4:00 to 6:00, Tuesday - 1:00 to 3:00, Wednesday - 1:00 to 3:00, Thursday - 1:00 to 3:00 and 6:30 to 7:30, Friday - 1:00 to 3:00
