- Description: The mission of the Otsego County Food Pantry is to distribute emergency food to people who live or work in Otsego County. The distribution will be done through charitable contributions of non perishable food and/or funding from churches, organizations or individuals. All services of the Otsego County Food Pantry are provided at NO COST to the client. Pantry Hours: Noon - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday.
