- Description: The Love Kitchen has been serving the hungry since 1986. Our Love Kitchen brings people together with every meal. Our Love Kitchen serves 22,516 meals and 5,425 food boxes per year. The volunteers and staff work hard to reach out to those in need. Hunger knows no boundaries and the people that come to the Love Kitchen are a diverse group, from every culture and background - from the youngest children to those who have seen many years. The Love Kitchen also distributes food boxes on Wednesdays.
