- Description: The Helping Hand Food Pantry works in conjunction with the Weld County Food Bank to meet the needs of those in our community who are in need of food. On the third Thursday nights of every month faithful volunteers prepare a hot dinner for anyone who attends while distributing food boxes to meet the needs throughout the week.
