- Description: The IHS Meal Program serves 3 hot meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Meal Program utilizes numerous volunteers to provide this service, and works very closely with the Hawaii Foodbank to obtain adequate ingredients for each meal. Breakfast is served at 7am, Lunch is served at 12pm, Dinner is served at 5:15 pm.
