- Description: The George J. Williams Memorial Food Bank serves families in crisis by providing nutritious food. This program provides a short term supply of food to families who are in crises. This is available on an as needed basis and is dependent on food availability. Appointments are encouraged but walkins are allowed. To be eligible you must be a resident of Woodbury County, Iowa and be able to prove residence within the county. Up to a 3 day supply of food is provided.
