- Description: The Channel One Food Shelf provides a five day supply of food once per month to eligible residents of Olmsted County. Household shoppers choose what they want most from an array of items in a store like setting. Dry goods, fresh produce, dairy, meat (when available) and bakery items are available, as well as a limited supply of personal care items. Weekly Food Shelf Hours: Mon - Thur, 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.; Fri, 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.; Sat & Sun, Closed.
