- Description: Agape Food Bank is one of several programs that Catholic Charities of Central Florida operates in its Western Region (Polk, Hardee, and Highland counties). Agape takes a multi-faceted approach to serving the community. We collect more than 6 million pounds of donated food, distributing it to an estimated 100,000 needy families and individuals in Polk, Hardee and Highlands counties.
