Comment from Sally McNamee: Loaves and Fishes Community Dinner Mt Olivet Lutheran Church 50th and Knox S Thursdays, 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM 5025 Knox Ave S Loaves and Fishes Community Dinner Every Thursday between 5:15 and 6:15pm, Mount Olivet Lutheran Church hosts a community meal of in-house scratch-made healthy meals, including entree, soup, vegetable, salad, fruit, dessert and beverages. Dinners are held in our lower level Fellowship Hall. Guests have the opportunity to gather at 4:30pm, grab a beverage and spend time with others, while waiting for dinner service to begin at 5:15pm. Currently, dinners have been moved curbside with grab and go dinners and bag lunches. Mount Olivet has been holding weekly community dinners since April 2019 and serves an average of 100 meals/week. These meals, free of charge, are our opportunity to support anyone who needs a meal or time spent with others. All are welcome every Thursday. DURING THE PERIOD OF COVID19, WE WILL BE MOVING OUR MEALS TO GRAB AND GO CURBSIDE. Call Sally McNamee at 612-767-2222 with any questions. Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes plus bag lunches this Thursday March 26th. https://mtolivet.org/partners/
