- Description: The Belfield Medora Food Pantry exists to provide supplemental support for those in need of temporary assistance. Food items and personal hygiene items are distributed as needed to residents (permanent or transitional) of Belfield, South Heart, Grassy Butte, Fairfield, Fryburg, Daglum and Amidon. This award winning food pantry was founded in 1986 under the direction of Doris Urban. Doris continues to serve as Director of the pantry, with the assistance of a small team of committed volunteers. Distribution: 3rd Thursday of every month, 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. If needed, items can be picked up at 7:00 pm sharp. Arrangements for late pickup should be made ahead of time. Generally, each box contains 5-7 days worth of food, adjusted by the number of persons in the household. Please note that we must work with the food that is made available to us. Contents of the boxes vary.
