Details: The Bridge Food Pantry has been serving our community since November 2010. We provide food assistance for about 500 families every month. Our Food Pantry is a 100% volunteer run organization and is funded through the Benevolence Ministry of The Bridge. We also partner with Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, the Northern Nevada Food Bank and Raley’s. Our mission is to distribute free food to anyone who needs it, without prerequisites such as needs tests or letters of referral. Our faith compels us to reach out to those in need and this is one way for us to do so. Food Pantry Schedule: Open for food distribution on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Sunday morning for 15 minutes after each service. |
