Details: The Saint Leo's Soup Kitchen was started in April of 2015 by a group of parishioners in our parish that noticed a need in our community. There are a lot of Soup Kitchens around town, but Saint Leo's opened the first soup kitchen in any Catholic Church in Minot. Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church has been running an outstanding food pantry for many year and it has helped so many in the Minot community- especially since our city's growth spurt in 2012. But the Saint Leo's Soup Kitchen is a way for people, of any religion to get a hot meal and to know that that the Catholic Community is around for them when they are in need. If you have questions about the soup kitchen please call Kathy at 701-389-2253 or you can call directly down to the church kitchen at 701-838-1618 every Monday. The Saint Leo's Soup Kitchen is open on Monday Evenings from 5:30-6:30 and is currently serving about 100 people every Monday night. |

Details: The Minot Salvation Army assists area residents in emergencies and offers a wide range of ongoing basic needs services, including grocery help from our food pantry. Aid is provided to anyone in need without discrimination. In addition, we operate a Salvation Army Store during the week, and our officers lead worship services every Sunday. |

Details: All Saints is part of a coalition of churches that provides a hot lunch for the community seven days a week. Our day is Thursdays, from 11:30 to 12:30 when we serve homemade soup and sandwiches, normally to at least 30 people, sometimes to 60 or more. Details: Luther's Kitchen has been serving the community since 1982. The menu is primarily a variety of soups, hot dishes and salads. On average, they serve about 75 guests every week. Luther's Kitchen is staffed solely by volunteers, and is supported by contributions of both food and money from First Lutheran Church. In addition, food donated from Cash Wise Foods and other sources is used as part of the day's meal, or guests may take it with them for later. |
