Details: The Immanuel Food Pantry ministry is available for people from our area (Macomb Township and north Clinton Township) who are in a temporary emergency situation. Our pantry offers non-perishable and frozen food items, and normally provides meals for approximately four days. Macomb County pantries are for short-term emergency needs, and assistance with food may be received once during a six month period. Our pantry is a member pantry of the Macomb County Emergency Food Program, and referrals are made by calling the United Way (dial 211). Clients may call United Way during business hours Monday-Friday for a referral. Food may be picked up at Immanuel by appointment only on Monday or Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. |
