Details: St. Ann Catholic Church Food Pantry, or RAMP (Receiving and Ministering to People), serves our Johnston County neighbors in need. Patrons receive one bag of food per family per month. Parishioners are encouraged to donate food or money; monetary donations are used to purchase food from the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina or from local grocery stores. Each Friday from 9 a.m. to noon, volunteers greet our patrons, pack bags and/or carry bags for our patrons. RAMP also has a community resource guide that we use to further assist our patrons.

Details: The Feed My Sheep Food Pantry is an outreach ministry of Christ Community UMC which is dedicated to helping feed hungry families right here in our own community. Since the initial opening on March 10, 2012, the number of people who have received food has nearly double every month. Currently, the food pantry is open the second Saturday of every month from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm or until the food is gone.

Details: Schedule of Operation: 3rd Saturday of Each Month 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Samaritan’s Shelf reaches thousands each year with food, medicine, clothes, and the love of God.
