We serve Zip Codes 14068, 14214, 14216, 14221, 14226, 14228, 14260, 14261, and parts of 14223 (Streets entering Kenmore Ave and South of Paiage Av, Niagara Falls Blvd.,Grandview, Hawthorne, Lyndale, University, Montrose, Wendel, Claremont and Parkhurst.) Hours of service are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. To register as an on-going client, please bring the following: 1. Recent proof of residency (utility bill, phone bill, rent receipt) 2. Proof of income for ALL family members 3. Birth certificates for ALL minor children.
