- Description: Services the Sebeka School District. Emergency food shelf visits done on referral basis from county agencies, churches, or school. Referrals accepted through Wadena County Social Services, Todd Wadena Community Action Council, or on a walk in as need basis. Applicant will be served 1 time per month, with 4 full weeks between food shelf visits. Site applications are done at the Sebeka Food Shelf before food is given to applicant. Proof of identification or photo ID along with a current utility bill.
