- Description: RCFP's mission is to increase food availability to individuals’ in need. Our objectives are to secure and distribute food to individuals in need of food at the Grand View based food distribution center. Food is available to individuals whose income level is 150% of poverty or less. Individuals must show proof of identity to participate in the RCFP program. RCFP is a member of the Idaho Food Bank and reports participants' aggregate participation information.
