- Description: Community Outreach Center is a non-profit organization under the administration of New Hope Baptist Church. COC is a food pantry receiving support from Second Harvest Food Bank (including USDA), LBC, and World Hunger. COC also receives monthly support from several area churches and individuals, who volunteer and collect monthly food pantry items, as well as assistance from local organizations and businesses. Open 1st and 3rd Tuesdays only from 8:30 a.m. to noon
