- Description: Nebraska City Food Pantry is housed in the First United Methodist Church at 1023 First Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska. People in need are served on the first and third Mondays of each month from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M. We also sponsor the backpack program in the elementary schools. One of our purposes is to let the people (including children) of Otoe county know that someone cares for them.
