- Description: The N.C.P.C. Food Program was established to help those in the community with supplemental food needs. Our program distributes food in any emergency situation that involves: Ill health, infants, homeless persons, disaster victims, elderly, poverty stricken. Food Program begins at 4pm - 5pm, Every Wednesday afternoon.
