- Description: Madonna House provides a food pantry. Any Adams County family in need can come to Madonna House for a food basket. Requirements are to sign their name on an income guideline form, and to show proof of current address. Current Drivers License, State ID, piece of postal service mail or utility bills are acceptable forms of proof. The food pantry is supplied with food from donations, purchases, grants and Central IL Food Bank. Madonna House on average served 600 individuals monthly. The Diaper Pantry is open Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. This is a monthly service where individuals/families are allowed an emergency supply of diapers. When making a diaper donation, size 4 and 5 are always needed.
