- Description: LIFE Center Food Pantry, now in cooperation with the Chillicothe Ministerial Alliance and Operation Help, began distributing free food to low-income and needy families in 2006. Today, the warehouse facility if located at 810 Elm Street in Chillicothe and serves residents of Livingston County on a monthly basis. Food is distributed at the warehouse facility at 810 Elm Street on the Sunday following the second Wednesday of the month from 2:00 – 5:00 PM. A small amount of paperwork, proof of Livingston County residence, social security cards and dates of birth are required for each member of the household to participate in this program.
