- Description: The Mobile Food Pantry Program was created 3 years ago as a joint venture initiative of the Food Bank of Alaska and the First CME Church. The goal of the program is to provide food assistance to families and individuals in need within the communities. To promote a balanced meals, the mobile food pantry typically distributes bread, baked goods, fresh produce, frozen and refrigerated foods, such as meat and dairy products including boxed and canned goods. Schedule: Monthly:1st & 4th Saturday @ 2pm; Food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
