- Description: The mission of Bread of Life EPA can be summed up in three words: Body, Spirit, and Soul. The mission is to minister to the whole person, starting by ministering to the Body with provision of food and basic supplies. We minister to the Spirit by being an encouragement to our guests and clients through our service and programs such as the Single Working Mom's program. And we minister to the Soul through acts of love and acceptance as shown to anyone and everyone who comes through our doors or to whom we serve outside the walls of Bread of Life EPA. Feeding Services & Programs - We provide: Hot Meals for the Homeless - On Wednesday nights, we bring and serve hot meals at the Menlo Park train station; Hot Meals for the Low Income Elderly; Hot Meals for Shut-Ins - Every week, we serve hot meals at senior assisted living centers in East Palo Alto. Food Distribution Program - We provide: Grocery Days for needy families; Food Delivery and Redistribution through partnering organizations to those in need.
