- Description: The South Central Kentucky Chapter's food pantry is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 - 3 p.m. Households are eligible for assistance every two months. To receive food, you must live in Allen, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Monroe, Simpson or Warren counties; provide proof of income; present a valid ID for each adult and a social security card for everyone in the household.
