The Corporation is organized under the Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes and not for privileged gain of any person. The organization serves YUBA and SUTTER Counties. Funding is provided by donations, fundraising functions, a thrift shop, charity sales (serving over 35 local charities), etc., which all contribute to expenses, mortgage, office, warehouse, utilities, transportation, etc. |
