Donations may include in-kind, non-perishables, fresh vegetables and fruits and $$â€™s designated for food. Most food contained on the shelves is purchased from Food Share. Open: M-W-F 9am to 11:30am

The River Community Food Pantry Ventura, CA 93001 805.648.7955	Details: We know that sometimes we run out of food before we run out of month. If you need food, please stop by our Food Pantry on Mondays from 2:30 to 5 PM. We are open every Monday unless it's a holiday. The River Community Food Pantry is for emergency situations only. This means that you may utilize our pantry once a month. If you come to our pantry more than one time during a calendar month, we will be more than happy to give you a list of pantries in the area that you may utilize. If you are a member of The River Community Church, you may frequent the pantry more than once a month and that is determined on an individual basis. A member of TRC means that you are attending Sunday services, mid-week gatherings and are involved with volunteering in some capacity.

As a nonprofit, public benefit corporation, the agency is built on the principles of dignity and inclusion, providing services irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender or religious belief. Programs address human suffering and larger social issues, such as poverty, hunger and nutrition, homelessness, immigration, health care, mental health and illiteracy.
CPC Food Outreach Ventura, CA 93001 805.648.2737	Details: CPC Food Outreach began in 1982 and provides groceries and produce twice a month to individuals who come to our church office and apply for help. Food is also delivered to 26 shut-ins. More than 34 people from Community Presbyterian Church volunteer monthly to pick up food at the Food Share Warehouse, pack and distribute bags.
