Through gift card donations, fresh foods such as milk, cheese, and eggs are purchased each week to supplement the canned and dry items. Mothers complete a grocery need list each Monday evening during their workshop, volunteers fill the orders, and families return to their apartments with provisions for the week. The pantry is stocked through donations from individuals, businesses, faith-based organizations, and civic groups.

Our Education Center offers an array of classes and opportunities to help residents move toward financial stability and self sufficiency. Although the demand for these services has increased significantly since its founding, NFCC continues to help hands-on, one family at a time. Food Pantry: NFCC distributes non-perishable and donated food along with recovered bread, bakery, produce and other fresh or frozen items. Staple goods including toiletries, paper goods and cleaning products may also be available.
