Details: The Channel One Food Shelf provides a five day supply of food once per month to eligible residents of Olmsted County. Household shoppers choose what they want most from an array of items in a store like setting. Dry goods, fresh produce, dairy, meat (when available) and bakery items are available, as well as a limited supply of personal care items. Weekly Food Shelf Hours: Mon - Thur, 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.; Fri, 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.; Sat & Sun, Closed.

Details: When hard times hit, make the Rochester Salvation Army your first call. No matter what the need – physical, emotional or spiritual – we’re here to help. Lunch Program: A free lunch is served weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Worship and Service Center lunchroom located at 20 NE First Ave. Monday Evening Meal: Dinner is served Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Worship and Service Center lunchroom located at 20 NE First Ave. Bread Distribution: Our guests are welcome to take free bread from our bread cupboard located at 20 NE First Ave. Baked goods are collected from local grocers and bakeries to stock our shelf at 8:00 a.m. on weekdays.

Details: As a satellite location for the Channel One Regional Food Bank, we’re able to distribute food to those in need. We’re open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 120 First St. NE. Participants can come once per month to pick up food, except during summer months when two monthly visits are allowed.
